Theo Adesina struck GOLD this weekend at the South of England Indoor Combined Championships at Lee Valley.

Theo gained 4 Personal bests throughout the competition. Starting the day off with the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.14s, In shot he threw 11.44m and in High Jump gained a height of 1.74m with the final PB being the total indoor pentathlon points of 2858.

Theo now holds the SEAA U15 Boys competition record and places him 12th in the UKA all time record for indoor U15B Pentathlon.

Also at the competition was Sola Taiwo & Ruby Bridger competing for the first time in their new age group of 1st year U15G.

Sola gained a PB in 60M hurdles with a time of 9.82s and threw the shot 7.47m and achieved a total Pentathlon points of 2591 which helped her to finish 9th place overall.

Ruby also gained a PB in the 60M hurdles racing it in 10.23s, she also jumped 1.35m in the High jump, threw 7.05m in Shot Put and in the 800m achieved a time of 2.55s gaining a total pentathlon points score of 2128.
