Essex 5k Road Running Championships

🏆 Celebrating Thurrock Harriers at the Inaugural Essex 5k Road Running Championships! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️A fantastic Friday night it was at Colchester Sports Park, where the Essex 5k Road Running Championships unfolded as part of the ATW Colchester Friday Night Runs 🌟 🏅 From Thurrock Harriers, five athletes took part in the Essex Championship race, and the results were great. 🥇 Kathryn Spring won county gold in the FV40-44 category.🥈 Gloria Bullen secured the silver medal in the FV65-69 category, a testament to her commitment.🥉 Bernard Johnson took home the bronze medal in the MV65-69 category.Here's the results:
