🏃 Pleshey & Essex Half Marathon 2023 Recap 🌞

September 10th, saw an impressive turnout of 284 dedicated runners took on scorching temperatures to complete the challenging Pleshey Half Marathon.

The picturesque course managed to draw participants from an impressive 54 different running clubs, showcasing the event's widespread appeal. Despite it already soaring to 30°C as the race kicked off at 10:30 AM, this year's race was part of the Essex Championship Series.Representing Thurrock Harriers, three athletes took part, clinching two individual gold medals in the competitive Essex half marathon championships.Here are the results:
